Kleemann has announced its new MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 mobile cone crusher, calling it an economical supplement to its recently released MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher. The two machines can be line linked to work together.

The MCO 90(i) EVO2 is designed for greater uptime, higher productivity, and more revenue, according to Kleemann. It is primarily suitable for second- or third-stage crushing of medium-hard, hard, and abrasive natural stone for quarries and contractors. Its crusher system size is 38 inches (970 millimetres), and its maximum feed capacity is 297 tons (270 metric tons) per hour.

    Crushing It

With a gap range of 0.24 to 1.78 in. (6 to 45 mm), the new MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher is usable in a wide range of applications. It features an improved, efficient, diesel-direct drive, while its conveyor belts are driven electrically. The MCO 90(i) EVO2’s Continuous Feed System regulates the material supply for a constantly optimal volume.

The new crusher includes what Kleemann calls a Tramp Release System, which protects the machine against uncrushable items such as metal or wood. The MCO 90(i) EVO2’s Ringbounce Detection overload protection system can be adjusted to favor product quality in Precise Mode or output volume in Mixture Mode.

    Easy Operability

Kleemann’s SPECTIVE is a simple yet sophisticated control system for the MCO 90(i) EVO2. The system uses a 12-inch touchscreen panel to guide the operator and help him visualize the operation of the machine.

The new cone crusher also comes with large and small radio remote controls. The MCO 90(i) EVO2’s crushing gap width can be adjusted via remote without additional effort. Kleemann also provides a SPECTIVE CONNECT app, which can send the crusher’s most important data to a smartphone or other mobile device and provides wireless access to the WITOS FleetView telematics system.

The MCO 90(i) EVO2 is powered by a 385-horsepower (287-kilowatt) diesel engine and an 88-kVa generator. Its transport dimensions are 134 in. (3,400 mm) in height, 632 to 796 in. (16,050 to 20,200 mm) in length, and 118 in. (3,000 mm) in width, with a transport weight of 96,000 to 102,500 pounds (43,500 to 46,500 kilograms).
