Kleemann plans to introduce some new aggregate machinery to the UK at the Hillhead 2022 show June 21st to 23rd. The Kleemann MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 mobile jaw crushing plant, MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 mobile cone crusher, and MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO screening plant will each make their show premiere at the Hillhead Quarry exhibition in Buxton, Derbyshire, the UK.

    MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2

Kleemann designed the MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 for precrushing/coarse crushing medium-hard to hard natural stone. It can process up to 441 tons (400 metric tons) per hour. The plant boasts a fast startup time of about 10 minutes, according to the manufacturer.

A key selling point for the MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 is its automatic unblocking system with a reversing option. If a piece of metal or other uncrushable debris clogs the crusher, it opens its jaws in two seconds—twice as fast as the prior model—to get rid of the problem.

The MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 crusher is powered by a 322- to 326-horsepower (240- to 243-kilowatt) diesel engine. Its noise emissions are surprisingly low due to its direct-drive design and a ventilation system separate from the plant’s output.

    MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2

The Kleemann MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 mobile cone crusher can be line linked to work together with the MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher. The diesel-direct MCO 90(i) EVO2 is designed for greater uptime, higher productivity, and more revenue, according to Kleemann. It is primarily suitable for second- or third-stage crushing of medium-hard, hard, and abrasive natural stone for quarries and contractors. Its crusher system size is 38 inches (965 millimeters), and its maximum feed capacity is 298 t (270 mt) per hour.

The MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 has a crushing gap range of 0.24 to 1.78 in. (6 to 45 mm), which can be adjusted via radio remote control. The cone crusher is powered by a 385-HP (287-kW) diesel engine and an 88-kVa generator.

Hillhead 2022 will also see the world premiere of Wirtgen’s W 100 Fi 3.3-foot class milling machine from Wirtgen’s new range of compact milling machines. (Photo courtesy of Wirtgen Group.)

The MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 includes what Kleemann calls a Tramp Release System, which protects the machine against uncrushable items such as metal or wood. The crusher’s Ringbounce Detection overload protection system can be adjusted to favor product quality in Precise Mode or output volume in Mixture Mode.

    MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO

The MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO mobile scalping screen plant is designed for sorting coarse elements before the crushing stage. It can handle all types of stone as well as construction residue. The double-deck unit can classify up to three fractions with its stable, wear-resistant mesh.

The MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO has a maximum feed size of 19.7 in (500 mm) and a feed capacity of 220 to 551 t (200 to 500 mt) per hour. It is powered by a 133-HP (99-kW) diesel-hydraulic drive. A Dual Power System option adds two 50-HP (37-kW) electric motors.

    Find The Right Kleemann Equipment

Kleemann’s parent company Wirtgen will also be bringing some equipment to Hillhead 2022, including the W 100 Fi 3.3-foot (1-meter) class compact milling machine for its world premiere. Wirtgen will also display a WR 240(i) wheeled soil stabilizer and recycler, a John Deere 672 GP motor grader, HAMM soil and asphalt compactors, a BENNINGHOVEN EVO JET asphalt mixing plant burner, and VÖGELE Mini and Universal asphalt pavers.

MachineryTrader.com offers a host of new and used Kleemann crushers for sale, as well as other Kleemann machinery.
