AI-Assisted Advertising Starts With Inventory Management
Inventory Management is a free app in the Sandhills Cloud that lets you enter, edit, remove, and advertise assets across all Sandhills Global brands. You only need to enter or import inventory once into IM to advertise it on any applicable Sandhills trade site, as well as your Sandhills-hosted website.
How It Works
The artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced Inventory Management platform supports equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, and parts with category-specific data, as well as recreational vehicles (RVs), livestock, horses, hay, and much more. Any updates you make in IM propagate to every online location where the asset appears.
IM walks you through the equipment onboarding process, which asks first for the specifications most important to the asset’s value. To help you set pricing, it displays values from the industry-leading FleetEvaluator tool and predicted values over the next year from FutureCast.
What’s New
IM uses AI to help you enter inventory by reading serial numbers and vehicle identification numbers (VINs) from a photo of the plate. This not only avoids common typos, but also pulls in make, model, and other info associated with the SN/VIN. AI can also select an appropriate primary image for your advertising if the first photo does not show a clear view of the asset, and if you don’t rearrange your images manually.
More recently, IM lets you create a Quick Quote for parts as an email, printout, or PDF. Also, you can also export up to 10 units of inventory at a time to Facebook Marketplace without manual entry. Your Sandhills representative has details.
