AuctionTime & Equipmentfacts Get Several Enhancements
This winter, there has been a flurry of improvements to Sandhills’ auction platforms. AuctionTime’s My Bids page has a new Live Board for listings you’ve bid on. The AuctionTime mobile app lets you add Shortcuts, My Watch List, and Live Auction Board widgets to your device’s home screen. Sellers can now require bidders to agree to Terms and Conditions for standalone AuctionTime sales that fall outside of the weekly Wednesday auctions. And Equipmentfacts mobile app users can opt in to receive push notifications about being outbid, the start of active bidding, and more.
New Features For The Auction Management App
The Auction Management app in the Sandhills Cloud now offers a new way to import assets for both AuctionTime and Equipmentfacts. Use the new Import button to upload items for a particular sale date or simply add assets to Inventory Management. You can now add attachments to Consignor Settlement emails, among other improvements.
You can also add Timed Rings (AuctionTime standalone lots) to Equipmentfacts sales with new, linked group options for timed and live sales events. New post-event pages show high bidders, everything they were the top bidder on, hammer prices, and invoices. Finally, invoices from the Auction Management and Sales Management apps will soon be sent from your own email address if Sandhills hosts your site and email.
Fast Track Iron’s Pre-Trade Offer Emails Get Even Better
Members of the exclusive Fast Track Iron dealer network can send out an improved version of the Pre-Trade Offer email to find a buyer before taking in a trade. Clickable images make the asset more visible, and a new Make An Offer button generates a trackable lead in the Sandhills Cloud’s Leads app.
Boat Buyers & Sellers: Set Sale For BoatHarbor.com
Ships ahoy! Sandhills has christened its newest platform BoatHarbor.com, and it’s already welcoming watercraft buyers and sellers from all ports of call. Come trade in ski/wake boats and bowriders; jet boats and pontoon models; sailboats and catamarans; fishing boats and bay boats; jon boats and air boats; and even personal watercraft, inflatables, houseboats, and boat engines. You’ll even find berths for luxury vessels such as cabin cruisers and yachts. Keep a weather eye out for the BoatHarbor mobile app to embark soon as well.

These brands serve buyers and sellers of livestock, horses, and hay. Starting with the May 1, 2026, issue, the print publication will accelerate to a two-week schedule reflecting the platforms’ growth.
MDTrader.com Listings Now Available In Packages
MDTrader.com, Sandhills’ platform for medium-duty work trucks, now offers online listings in Digital Subscription Packages. The packages range from one to 20 featured listings for one to eight weeks to a single, 8-week premium listing. You can manage your featured listing packages in the Inventory Management App.
