Premium fully galvanised container mobile wet batching plant with BHS twin-shaft mixer and a maximum theoretical output of 145m³/hour. In line 85m3 4 bin system with a capacity of 21m3 per bin. 8 (2 per bin) hydraulically operated discharge gates feeding onto 8,000kg weighing belt. Aggregates transported by inclined conveyor belt into 5,000 litre BHS DKX twin-shaft mixer with 3.33m3 wet concrete output per batch, high pressure fully automatic cleaning system. 2 x 25 litre additive and 800 litre water weighing system, 2,100kg cement weigh hopper, integrated access staircase and all necessary ancillary accessories. 30’ container cabin split with one side housing 4 x 1,500 litre admixture tanks c/w pumps, the other side a batch cabin. Plant automation supplied by Dorner, Simma or Command Alkon. Complete plant galvanised and containerised for ease of installation and protection of equipment from the elements.
