Main Recycling Unit
- Main unit has conic and prismatic steel body
- Inside of main unit there is spiral which separates aggregate from water. The thickness of spiral is 10 mm.

- There are 5 units water jets in main recycling unit for last washing of aggregates
- All valves are from FESTO (Germany)
Concrete Unloading Hopper

- Propeller is made of wear resist Mn alloyed steel
Control Panel
- All system can be controlled by the means of this control panel
- All electrical components inside power board and control panel are SIEMENS (Germany) brand.
Submersible Pump
- Submersible pump will give water from water storage hole to shower outlet. Shower outlet will give water into truck mixer.
- This submersible pump can be used to feed water weigh hopper of batching plant as well.
