"Call for Pricing and More Information" 2020 METALIKA VPS-2000 Semi-Automatic VPS-2000 Concrete block and paver making machine VPS-2000 concrete block machine is a highly productive stable vibrating machine with a wooden pallet storage for finished products. VPS-2000 produce concrete blocks, concrete pavers and concrete curbstones. The transportation of concrete is done with a fork lift with a pallet cart, belt conveyer or a classic cart with the addition of a basket to lift the concrete to the bunker. Dispensing concrete in the mold is done through a dispenser for fine and rough concrete. Shaping of elements is done in a mold under hydraulic pressure and vibrations above and below the mold. Shaped element is placed on the wooden pallet that moves in the back of the machine, and another automatically takes its places. The storage can place 5 pallets with finished products that can be driven away in a fork lift that comes with the machine.
