2020 METALIKA RVP-5000 Automatic RVP-5000 Concrete block making machine (1.626m2 / 8h)
Concrete block machine RVP-5000 is double layer, highly productive stationary vibrating press for producing concrete products, which puts down finished concrete products on wooden palette.
Concrete supplying is done by skip conveyors.
Concrete dosing is performed through feeders for concrete.
Element forming is in the mold under the hydraulic pressure and vibrations on the lower as well as upper side of the mold.
Finished concrete element is pushed to back end of the machine together with wooden palette, and another palette automatically takes its place. This concrete block machine is equipped with special vibrators VARIOFLEX as standard equipment.
Also, it is equipped with automatic control unit for complete production process.
Capacity for concrete blocks: 17.500 concrete blocks / 8 hours
Capacity for paverstones: 1.626 m2 / 8 hours
