2020 METALIKA SVP-633 Automatic / Semi-automatic SVP-633 Concrete block making machine
SVP-633 METALIKA is concrete block making machine (egg laying block making machine) which can produce all kinds of building blocks (hollow blocks, solid blocks, insulated blocks, hourdi blocks).
Production height is from 17cm to 33cm and production area is 1200x400mm (6 blocks 20x20x40 in mould). Concrete block making machine SVP-633 has hydraulic drive, and is movable in all directions (five wheels).
Concrete supplying is done with forklift truck equipped with transport silo.
Also, machine has built-in silo and concrete dose. Products are formed in moulds under strong pressure and vibrations. By request, production area can be increased to 1200x550mm.
Capacity for producing concrete hollow block (20x20x40cm) for 1h: 720pcs (5.760pcs for 8 hours)
