(Concrete block making machine / One layer stationary block machine) The machine for the production of concrete elements VPS-2000-1 is a highly productive stable vibro press with the disposal of finished products on a wooden pallet. VPS-2000-1 is a semi-automatic vibro press and works as a stand-alone unit with the installation of a single mixer with automatic or manual filling. Concrete is delivered by a forklift with a bucket or a basket for lifting concrete to the bunker. Dosing of concrete into the mold is done via a rough concrete dispenser. The shaping of the elements is done in the mold under the action of hydraulic pressure and vibration from the upper and lower side of the mold. The finished element is extruded on a wooden pallet that moves to the back of the machine. VPS-2000-1 Block machine has one hopper on the machine with a concrete dispenser (only for single-layer concrete elements), the second layer can be added manually.
