Molds for concrete block
METALIKA makes 50 years molds for concrete block machines, every year we delivery 300 block molds for concrete block machines to our customers worldwide.
Depend on customer request, we give proposal for manufacturing technology of the block mould and which material should be used so that the customer has a long service life of the block mold.
Walls and core of the mold are extremely wear-resistant, as well as swords.
After consultation with our team of engineers, the customer receives a drawing of the mold with hanging for the requested model of the vibropress, the manufacturing technology and an official offer.
Combs on the mold are laser cut for high precision
CNC processing of the mold for high precision and minimal clearance
Mold walls replaceable in case of mold servicing after comsumption
Several technological solutions are availalbe for a longer mold life
