The frame consists of a heavy profile steel structure. Attached one electric gear motors with built-in brakes.
Double chains power the lift chains.
The lift chains are a high-performance bushing chain running in guides.

Attached are the carrying angles, which are designed to automatically center the boards.

Proximity switches and electric eyes control the elevator.

Maintenance platform, as well as safety gates.


METALIKA designed PP-15/400 elevators to be suitable for concrete block production line in configuration with Finger Car system only.
