Floor grinders designed for first-layer applications such as smoothing concrete, preparing floors for new coverings, and removing thin coatings, soft materials, or ice.
Features may include:
PRODUCTION RATE - 21.5” working width grinds approximately 400-500 sq. ft. per hour at 1/32” depth with diamond tooling.
GRIND WEDGE-LESS - EDCO’s Magna-Trap® Slide-On Tooling eliminates the need for wooden wedges.
GRIND LEVEL - EDCO’s exclusive leveling system allows height adjustment, tooling flexibility, and true level grinding for smoother results and longer tooling life.
VELCRO DUST SHROUD - Heavy-duty Velcro dust shroud simplifies dust control and adjusts easily to tooling height.
LASER-CUT WEIGHT TRAY - Accepts up to 80 lbs. of extra weight for enhanced grinding pressure.
MULTI-VAC PORT - Compatible with 2” or 3” vacuum hoses for dust collection.
COUNTER-ROTATING DISCS - Prevents machine from pulling side to side, giving the operator better control.
TOOLING REQUIREMENTS - 6 grinding tools required per loading.
