Description
Atzonex Mining has a substantial stationary concrete batching plant package available for sale. The plant is suitable for ready-mix concrete, precast manufacturing, civil construction, quarrying and mining applications. The package includes:• Two 250-ton cement silos• One 150-ton cement silo• Three cement screw conveyors• Aggregate hopper and boom scraper• Aggregate feed belt conveyor• Separate weighing scales for cement, aggregate, water and admixture• Water tank and pump• Automated silo-filling protection system• Supporting steel structures• Compressor-air and process-water pipelines• Associated redundant electrical cabling, wiring and cable trays. Please note that the pneumatic compressor and the PLC/command batching system are not included. and inspections can be arranged for serious buyers. The plant is currently installed in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal, Dismantling, loading and transport arrangements can be arranged by the seller. Condition, production capacity and completeness remain subject to inspection and technical verification.
