The 2002 Bagela BA 10,000 is a portable asphalt recycler that turns reclaimed asphalt (RAP) and millings into reusable hot mix directly on site. Processing up to 10 tons per hour with indirect hot-air heating, it lets crews produce quality patch material without hauling to and from a plant.
Indirect heating warms the material without burning the bitumen, preserving the asphalt’s binding properties, while automatic temperature control keeps output consistent. At roughly 5,000 kg (11,023 lbs) and 6.5 × 2.5 × 2.5 m (21.3 × 8.2 × 8.2 ft), the diesel-powered BA 10,000 tows to the job and produces mix on demand.
