Pricing & Payment • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved methods (credit card, ACH, etc.). • Sales tax will be applied to Texas residents in accordance with state tax laws. 4. Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations.
